This role includes light campaign execution responsibilities, such as setting up email and nurture programs, managing webinar back-end logistics, and ensuring flawless campaign deployment. Candidates with strong analytics skills will be well positioned to contribute insights that drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems. The ideal candidate has at least five years of marketing operations experience and can work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Train and support marketing and sales teams on using MarTech tools effectively.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align marketing operations with sales operations and Salesforce processes.
  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including email programs, nurture tracks, and webinar setup.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support project management across the marketing team, ensuring calendars and project management tools are up to date.
  • Troubleshoot technical and process issues to keep campaigns and operations running smoothly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support marketing initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR SUCCESS

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce is required; Marketo certification is preferred.
  • Experience managing MarTech integrations and supporting data governance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Understanding of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot coding issues. Knowledge of responsive design is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, nurture programs, and webinar execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems independently.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
